Booking Policy:

No Refunds: Cancellations are non-refundable. Amounts can be credited for future bookings.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be fully charged.
Payment Settlement: Settle any outstanding payments at the booking counter before your scheduled start time.
Damage Charges: Customers will be charged for any damaged equipment or lost balls.
Event Restrictions: Tournaments, events, and training sessions cannot be organised through regular bookings.
Court Allocation: Court allocation is at the discretion of the management, and any available court can be assigned.
Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to overbooking and refund your payment. We are not responsible for associated costs or losses.
Liability: Sky Padel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Outside Food: Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Equipment Included: Padel booking includes equipment.

Rain Policy:

No Preemptive Cancellations: Bookings will proceed as scheduled unless adverse weather conditions are observed at the venue.
Observation and Decision: If rain starts during the scheduled time or conditions become unsuitable, staff will assess the situation and decide on suspension or cancellation.
Rescheduling: If interrupted or canceled due to rain, bookings can be rescheduled within one month, subject to availability.
No Refunds: Sky Padel does not offer refunds for bookings affected by rain.
Participant Safety: Safety is a priority during inclement weather.
Booking Adjustments: Customers must coordinate with staff to finalize the rescheduled date and any necessary adjustments within a week.
